[Fontconfig] Fontconfig 2.5.93 (2.6 RC3)

I've incorporated more bugzilla patches and also fixed bugs from the
debian bug database which looked like they were still relevant. The
remaining blocker bugs are Behdad's enhancement to the listing
functions, which I will pend until 2.7 instead of holding this release
waiting for new code.
