[Fontconfig] Chris's FcSortWalk patch?

Will Chris's patch to reduce FcSortWalk's mem allocations make it in
the next release?

I've been using it on master (it still applies to current master with
git-am) since he posted it here, and it does seem to make things work
better, especially on my memory-constrained, font-heavy laptop.

(I welcome anything which reduces memory pressure w/o killing features.)
