[Fontconfig] failing to cross compile fontconfig

Twas brillig at 10:47:04 28.02.2010 UTC+00 when jjon1985 at hotmail.com did gyre and gimble:

 OJ> /usr/local/arm/3.4.1/lib/gcc/arm-linux/3.4.1/../../../../arm-linux/bin/ld:
 OJ> ERROR:
 OJ> /usr/local/arm/3.4.1/lib/gcc/arm-linux/3.4.1/libgcc.a(_udivsi3.oS)
 OJ> uses FPA instructions, whereas .libs/libfontconfig.so.1.2.0 does
 OJ> not

Not specific to fontconfig. Fix your toolchain.
