I would too, but I believe you need to get all those who are listed as
copyright holders under the old license forms to agree to the (nearly trivial)
relicensing.   (I still need to talk to X.Org's lawyers about how we should
handle pretty much the same issue, but with a much wider range of license notice
forms and copyright holders.)
