[Fontconfig] Add font via FT_Face

Hi, all!

I need to add font like FcConfigAppFontAddFile, but via exist FT_Face  
instead of font_path. There are any way to make it?
Now I see only one way - change sources. But I ran into a problem, I can't  
compile fontconfig in MSVC 2010. Could you help me with that?
