[Fontconfig] [PATCH] fc-cat: fix pointer warning

Add a cast to avoid a gcc warning:

	of 'FcPatternFormat' differ in signedness [-Wpointer-sign]

	expected 'const FcChar8 *' but argument is of type 'char *'
