--with-libiconv=DIR Use libiconv in DIR
--with-libiconv-includes=DIR
Use libiconv includes in DIR
--with-libiconv-lib=DIR Use libiconv library in DIR
sun2:fontconfig>make
[...]
sun2:fontconfig>nm ./src/.libs/libfontconfig.so|grep iconv
