[Fontconfig] why this font breaks Arial?

Hi. The attached font ANA-ONEIROPARMENI82.TTF has internal name
ANA-OneiroparmEni82 and I have Arial.ttf installed. But if I install
this font, it replaces Arial (only Arial Regular) in applications. Why?
