[Fontconfig] loading fonts.conf

Hi,

I am writing an iOS App that manipulate PDF. So I have cross-compiled
podofo and fontconfig for iOS Platform.
But I have a problem. Fontconfig has needed to load configuration file
from a path, but in iOS App there is no simple way to map a Unix path
to an internal bundle location.
Actualy my app crash because didn't find default fonts.conf.

I have this questions:

1) There is a way to specify I path @runtime?
2) Can I disable the configuration system based on file?
