[Fontconfig] Build fontconfig on Windows XP

Hi,

I built fontconfig 2.10.1 on Windows 7 with MSVC++2010. It’s based on Chun-wei Fan solution. You can find the MSVC solution here : http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/fontconfig/2012-October/004436.html.

Have you built the fontconfig on windows xp?I do not find cmake or other project files of windows,can anyone tell me how to build fonconfig on windows to get *.lib fie.
