After spending about 10 months for development since the latest stable
release 2.10.2 had been released, we can finally announce 2.11.0 here
that contains a lot of bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.

- Match on FC_SCALABLE and FC_FONTFORMAT
- Add quz.orth
- Improve 30-metric-aliases.conf
- Workaround the race condition issue on updating cache
