[Fontconfig] fc-match doesn't show the correct language for 'style' (bug 27765)

Indeed that is a bug in fontconfig. current implementation assumes
that the pattern has "family", "style", and/or "fullname" in the
pattern and sort out the result according to the *lang then. so need
to update the logic to sort them out first to accomplish that.
