[Fontconfig] cache message (?)

Hmm, that looks like a side-effect of the change in the logic of
FcInit() to read all of the caches first. as a result, running the
rebuild of the cache before starting the directory scan in fc-cache. I
have no idea how to fix that at this moment. let me think about it
later.
