[Fontconfig] [PATCH] conf.d: Drop aliases for (URW)++ fonts

OK, I'm not an expert on fontconfig (I'm more of BFU :D), so I will trust
your judgement... :) I can rework the patch to put back these mappings, if
you want. Is there anything else? Or do you want to just put back the
mappings for specifics to generics?
