[Fontconfig] [PATCH] Drop aliases for (URW)++ fonts

Hello folks,

this is the previous patch updated to *not drop* the mappings of
specifics to generics (e.g. Nimbus Sans L ->> Helvetica) as requested by
Behdad.

I was talking to Akirat, and he says that it should be okay if the URW's
fontconfig also contains these mappings, that fontconfig should be able
to process it. He pointed out that some distributions might choose to
not use the default configs from conf.d/, so keeping those mappings in
upstream fontconfigs makes sense... :)

I'm sorry if this message arrives in new thread, I'm still struggling
with setting up my git send-email correctly... :-/
