[Fontconfig] Typo In man Page

In the file doc/FcWeightFromOpenTypeDouble.3 in my Debian Unstable
package, it says “This function linearly doubleerpolates between ...”.

Seems like someone was a bit overzealous with the old s/int/double/
routine ... ;)
