[Fontconfig] python_fontconfig_examples

I have collected a couple of examples

<https://github.com/ldo/python_fontconfig> in action. These were little
things that I personally found useful: one script checks for coverage
of a specified Unicode code block among all available fonts, while the
other produces renderings of the specified character using all fonts
that have it.
