commit 8d3425b8b80bd661efe6763bab508af2d8a265ef
Author: Ben Wagner <bungeman at chromium.org>
Date: Sun Nov 14 17:28:09 2021 -0500

hash table with linear probing, max load factor 0.75, and a power of two
number of buckets.
