[Fontconfig] Patch to fix 'opsz' handling

Some test cases seem to start failing after applying the patch.
Apparently FT_Get_MM_Var() always fails for bitmap fonts?
So I added the extra code to ignore an error of FT_Get_MM_Var() only
when the FT_MM_Var variable isn't used in any case.
