For those that don't use gitlab regularly enough to have seen the banner
message, be warned that gitlab.freedesktop.org is scheduled to go offline
on Sunday, March 16, and be down for up to a week for migration to a new
hosting provider, so if you want to upgrade grab the downloads before that
or be prepared to wait a few days.
