[fprint] Upek Biometric regression in fprint-0.5.0

Howdy,

After updating to fprint-0.5.0 the following device stops working:

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 147e:2016 Upek Biometric Touchchip/Touchstrip Fingerprint Sensor

This device seems to work with fprint-0.4.0.
