[fprint] fprint_demo "no device found" for 0483:2015

Ok, I disabled ALL the 'aes' drivers (because of compiler errors), and
now the examples 'verify' and 'enroll' which are included seem work.
fprint_demo still doesnt recognize the reader, though.
