Values are those:
struct etes603_dev {
...
/* Device parameters */
uint8_t gain;
uint8_t dcoffset;
uint8_t vrt;
uint8_t vrb;
...
}

Gain should stay at the default value (0x23). Try to adjust first
dcoffset and then vrt/vrb.
What are your values with the auto-calibration?
