[fprint] libfprint and digital persona 4000b getting only noise

Sounds like the SDK updates the firmware on first start.

Perhaps the old firmware is buggy and needs an update. Sounds like it's
not easily fixable without reproducing the firmware update. Can you ask
Digital Persona if they can shed any light on this?
