[fprint] command terminal fprint

hello, I want to know if a fingerprint reader (GT-511C1R connected with
USB), can remain waiting for input and once gave the impression can make
them launch a terminal command (sudo), or at least get them to open a
script (to turn off my security system).
PS I am using Google translator
