[fprint] How can I add a new fingerprint reader?

Hello!

I have a laptop with a Elan fingerprint reader:

vid 0x04f3 pid 0x0c03

I wrote a standalone app for reading fingerprints from reader,
but i don't know what can i do to add a reader driver support to the
fprintd library.

Please, help me add this driver to library.
