[fprint] Libfprint for Xiaomi

Hi Timo,

Unfortunately, libfprint doesn't support your reader. Elan devices
that I've seen people mention so far seem to have quite simple
protocols so it should be relatively easy to write one yourself if you
know some C (a bit harder if you don't). If you're willing to try I'm
sure people on this list will support you but I doubt that someone
will have the resources to write one on request.
