[fprint] Install and operate fingerprint readers on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

Hi, I have great difficulty using and installing the following fingerprint readers on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS:

ID 05ba:000a DigitalPersona, Inc. Fingerprint Reader
ID 04f3:0c28 Elan Microelectronics Corp. fingerprint sensor [FeinTech FPS00200

Can you give me a step by step guide to solve this problem?
