Adding a FoculTech driver

I took a chance on a £20 fingerprint reader which turned out to be a
FoculTech device which reports as USB 2808:93a9.  This is listed in
the unsupported devices on the libfprint wiki.

I'm interested in writing a driver for the device.  I've some
experience with interacting with hardware over USB but have never
looked at fingerprint readers or libfprint before.

I see on the wiki that a file "usb_dumps.txt" is linked for this
device but this seems to be a broken link.  Is this file available
somewhere?  Has anyone made progress towards a wireshark dissector?

Has anyone contacted FocalTech to ask if there is documentation they
would be willing to share for the device?  They have a github with an
open driver for a touch screen so might be willing to release
something.
