[Freedesktop-sdk] freedesktop-sdk 19.08 open for development

Hi,

Only a quick announcement to notify the master branch of
freedesktop-sdk is now open for development towards what is going to
be 19.08

This is a new release, so breaking changes are allowed. If you want to
see any improvements that were not possible in the stable 18.08, this
is the perfect moment to propose it; please get in touch with us! [1]

We will plan to release a beta soon; we plan to use the new beta
channel feature for that; watch this space!
