[Freedesktop-sdk] Release schedule plans for freedesktop-sdk 21.08

Hi,

It's this time of the year again!

The 21.08 release is approaching (end of August, as usual), so we
would like to announce the planned release schedule: [1]

Putting it in here for your convenience:

- 20210706:
  - 21.08beta1: First beta release
  - publish in flathub beta

- 20210720:
  - 21.08betaX: X as we can generate more than two, but at minimum we
will have two betas
  - Publish in flathub beta

- 20210810:
  - 21.08rc1: Hard freeze: no ABI changes allowed anymore (branching
will happen here)
  - Publish in flathub beta

- 20210824:
  - 21.08rc2: Second release candidate
  - Publish in flathub beta

- 20210831
  - 21.08: Final release
  - Publish in flathub
