[Freedesktop-sdk] #freedesktop-sdk IRC channel is moving to Matrix

Hi all,

We've decided that we're moving #freedesktop-sdk to Matrix over at matrix.org

We wanted to do this for some time (part of us have been using matrix
for a while) but we have  stronger reasons now as some other
communities close to us are doing the same (flatpak, KDE, GNOME, etc)

We'll keep the Freenode channel alive for a while, but it's no longer
the primary chat, and we encourage everyone to join us at
#freedesktop-sdk:matrix.org instead.
