[fdo] Where to submit bug/patch for shared-mime-info

Hello,

I just compiled shared-mime-info under AIX which requires a very small 
modification in a Makefile. Where can I propose this patch ?
On the shared-mime-info home page on freedesktop, there's a link to a 
bugzilla site but the link is broken

I also took a look at the README inside the package where it's stated to 
report bugs to the "mailing list" at  
http://www.freedesktop.org/Main/GettingInvolved
This link is broken as well.
