[fdo] Maintenance 15-17 June

Hi all,

I'll be shuffling some services around and upgrading hosts in the coming
weekend, which will most likely mean services such as git and bugzilla
will be at least temporarily unavailable throughout the weekend.

Please get in touch if this is a problem for anybody.  Also, I'll try to
provide regular updates on #freedesktop IRC and a summary on the
sitewranglers blog at the end.
