[fdo] /run/tmp

Hi, not sure if the correct platform for this sort of thing.

But in recent years /tmp has become a volatile, temporary space lost on 
reboot.

It has also become populated by all manner of system oriented files such 
as systemd-......... directories for certain daemons.

Shouldn't system services that know their temporary files may be lost on 
reboot

and that know this explicitly.


Shouldn't those services use /run/tmp instead?
