When was this introduced?

Why was this list not informed?

This is really sad.

I've just realized there's 3 pull requests on
https://github.com/freedesktop/poppler/pulls 
that noone had answered and obviously i can't even close them.

I would really suggest we use something similar to what KDE uses and close 
automatically pull requests for https://github.com/freedesktop and point 
people to the right place.
