[fdo] Consider add a link to desktop-bookmark-spec on recent-file-spec page.

Hi,

I'm a developer here and I've read desktop-bookmark-spec
and recent-file-spec page on freedesktop.org for adding recent file support
for a file manager application. At first I google "recent file spec" and
then I got the recent-file-spec page as the search result. But after
reading other file manager's code I found they are not using the
recent-file-spec but using desktop-bookmark-spec instead.

According to the page on freedesktop says the desktop-bookmark-spec is for
"replace the Recent Files Storage Specification", but I can't find a link
on recent-file-spec's page which point to desktop-bookmark-spec, It's also
not very friendly for search engine when developers want to know the spec
of recent file but they'll get recent-file-spec page as result instead of
desktop-bookmark-spec.

So maybe adding a link to the old spec page and link it to the new one is a
good idea?
