[fdo] Changes on the CoC committee

Hi all,
As you may or may not know from the Foundation board minutes, and wiki
page changes, we have had some changes in the CoC committee
composition.

Per the Foundation bylaws, the committee recommended Manasi Navare and
Peter Hutterer for membership on the committee, which the board
accepted - for Manasi in July, and for Peter earlier this week.

After Peter's appointment, I have decided to resign from the committee
in order to free up more of my time for (still too many) other things
- fd.o administration, Wayland/Weston development, Mesa work, etc.

So, welcome and thankyou to Manasi and Peter, and thankyou also to
Keith and Tollef for having been on the committee since its inception.
