Icon Naming Specification in machine readable format

Hello Rodney,
hello folks,

I am referring to the latest Icon Naming Specs [1] (v0.8.90 from year 
2007).

I only know this website [1] and wonder if there might be a machine 
readable alternative format available; e.g. JSON?

My intention is to create a simple Qt application about available and 
availability of that icons in different themes. As developer of a GUI 
application I often wish for such an overview. And I am not aware of an 
application offering this today. Yes, there are icon-view applications, 
but none of them stick to the Icon Naming Specs.
