Hi Sundeep,

The only differences are that the -overclock one has support to run
the GPU and CPU at slightly higher clock speeds.  The both have hdmi
andio and wifi.  The -overclock branch should be considered
"experimental", rather than production.  Running at higher than the
part's rated clock speeds could be unstable on some pieces of silicon
or could reduce the part's MTBF.  But, on the other hand, if you are
playing video games and want those extra few fps, it is a nice little
turbo boost ;-)
