[Freedreno] freedreno hdmi audio

Adding Nicolas + freedreno list..

I'm not particularly sure why analog audio would work, but hdmi audio
not.  Kernel logs w/ drm.debug=15 might give some hint.  I assume in
sound control panel you see both analog and digital outputs?  If you
only see analog, it could be an issue w/ the alsa UCM files.
