[Freedreno] [PATCH 0/8] msm/gpu: devfreq support

Here is a stack of patches to enable devfreq support for Adreno GPUs.
This stack adds support for a5xx only, but it should be trivial to
add support for the other targets.  I'll send the DT changes 
separately.
