[Freedreno] [PATCH 5/7] iommu/arm-smmu: Support DOMAIN_ATTR_SPLIT_TABLES

Support the DOMAIN_ATTR_SPLIT_TABLES attribute to let the leaf driver
know if split pagetables are enabled for the domain.
