Make changes to dpu_encoder to support virtual encoder needed
to support writeback for dpu.
changes in v3:
- fix a debug print statement
- leave a FIXME comment to separate intf_idx and wb_idx
- leave a TODO to improve the dpu_encoder_helper_phys_cleanup()
