Yes, the charset conversions are not subject to major change.

As I said the draft currently only contains core functions.
fribidi_log2vis will call these functions itself:

	fribidi_core_get_types
	fribidi_core_par_get_levels
	fribidi_core_line_reorder

but in the *right* way, means breaks the text into paragraphs and 
lines and calls the right functions.
