No. fribidi will help you if you want to convert logical Hebrew to visual
Hebrew. If you're using standard (logical) Hebrew, you should have no
problems applying regexs or any other text processing procedures on those
chars.

You may still have issues of charsets or some other things. If you run
into specific problems I suggest that you post them to some perl list
(see, e.g.: http://perl.org.il )
