I wonder if I get you on this.

Ok, you are in too :>. Actually I was thinking about it
yesterday when I was taking a shower. I'm thinking about to
design some exact strategies, and break the tasks and assign them
to our new *team* members. A rough idea:

* behdad:  architecture, code, web.
* roozbeh: savannah, web, release, interface.
* behnam:  release, test.
* dov, tzafrir, beni, nadav, owen+, omer, shachar, tomas:
  interface, test, porting their tools.
* mohammad, chahine: test, porting their tools.
* behdad, tzafrir, nadav:  documentation.
* mohammad(?):  language bindings.

+ dov can be asked to do the port for owen's project, as better
  owen work on pango itself.

I just need a week or so to code. BTW, FarsiTeX has a hard
deadline of two months from now, so I'm not so free.

The SRPMs are not there. Seems that they have repackaged it
themselves. They have also excluded docs, including AUTHORS,
README, ... Better you fill a bug report for Severn.

Moving to Savannah should be done before the directory structure
for the new code base is out. I'm thinking about leaving
fribidi-0 on SourceForge, and move fribidi-1 to Savannah.
