Well, I guess you should do it the other way. Explain the tasks that 
can be done by people other than you, and see who volunteers for what.

I don't get it. You're changing the directory structure after the move
to the new CVS at Savannah? Why not use the new directory structure
there from the beginning, so we can have more complete CVS backlog?
