Should be pretty solid, but I would like to finish it before
making a release and setting the API in stone.

Basically, the bidi API should be finished, Arabic joining is
finished, but Arabic shaping remains to be done.  And the
command-line tool should be updated.

There has been no demand, so I didn't felt any pressure to finish
it, but I may go and do that later this year.  At this point in
time I believe I'm going to provide backwards compatibility to
the 0.x releases, so it's not a big deal.  Another option is to
clean up what is in and release it without Arabic shaping.
That's a better idea actually.  I may go for that in October.

Are you guys considering using it for mobile phones?  If yes, do
you use UTF-32?
