[FriBidi] Support

Dear Fribidi Team,

I'm welling to give my support to complete the Fribidi API, I'm a good
C/C++/Java/Python/PHP Programmer and RHCE As Well, I speak arabic as my
tongue language.
I'd like to add support and help in development and troubleshooting.

Please give me a hint about where to start...
